2. Data we process
The website does not contain a contact form or user accounts. We receive personal data primarily when you contact us by phone or email. This may include your name, email address, telephone number and information contained in your message.
The server hosting the website may store standard technical logs such as IP address, date and time of the request, requested URL, browser and operating-system information and server response code. These data are used for security, diagnostics and proper operation of the website.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data provided in connection with an enquiry in order to respond, prepare information or an offer, conduct discussions about potential cooperation or a home project and keep a record of correspondence. Depending on the situation, the legal basis may be taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performance of a contract or our legitimate interest in conducting communication and protecting against claims.
Technical server-log data are processed to maintain security, detect errors and abuse and keep the website operating correctly.
4. Cookies and tracking technologies
The current version of WestaHouse.com does not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, remarketing tools or other non-essential tracking technologies. The website does not set its own analytics or marketing cookies.
The language switcher works with ordinary links and does not store your choice in cookies or browser local storage. Fonts and core website assets are served locally from the WestaHouse server, without connecting to Google Fonts.
For this reason, the website does not display a cookie-consent banner. If we introduce technologies that require consent in the future, we will update the website and this policy before enabling them.
5. Recipients of data
Data may be processed by service providers necessary for the operation of the company and website, in particular hosting, email and IT providers, only to the extent required to provide those services. Data may also be disclosed to entities authorised by law.
Clicking the PlusDok.com link in the footer takes you to an external website. A connection to that service is made only after you click the link.
6. Retention periods
Contact and correspondence data are kept for as long as needed to handle the matter and then for a period justified by documenting arrangements, legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of claims.
Server logs are kept in accordance with the hosting configuration and security needs, no longer than necessary for those purposes.

Within the limits provided by the GDPR, you may request access to your data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on a contract or steps taken before entering into a contract, you may also have the right to data portability where applicable.

We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the data processed. Connections to the website are protected by HTTPS.
