WHY MODULAR
More of the work is completed earlier, inside the production facility.
Walls, floor elements and roof components are prepared in production conditions before they reach the site. Finished elements are then assembled on the prepared foundation, allowing the structural stage to progress very quickly.

How quickly can a WestaHouse home be completed?
Preparation and delivery of a prefabricated home usually takes around 6 to 8 weeks. Assembly of the prepared elements on a completed foundation can take up to 6 days. The exact schedule is confirmed after the variant, finish standard and site conditions are agreed.
Is the home suitable for year-round living?
Yes. WestaHouse offers homes designed for year-round use. Depending on the variant, solutions can include a C24 timber structure, mineral wool insulation, triple-glazed windows, underfloor heating, a heat pump and photovoltaic installation.
Can I order a developer-finish or turnkey home?
Yes. The scope can cover a developer finish or a fully completed home. A turnkey option can include the kitchen, furniture, lighting, appliances and the other equipment needed to move in or begin renting the property.
Can I buy a home with rental in mind?
Yes. From the design stage, we can take into account how the property will be used, the fit-out standard and practical solutions for rental. On request, WestaHouse can also provide ongoing management of an individual building or a group of homes.
Can WestaHouse deliver several homes or an entire development?
Yes. The team has experience with projects involving larger numbers of repeatable buildings. WestaHouse delivers individual homes as well as groups of houses intended for rental, sale or a small residential development.
Can the purchase be financed with a bank loan?
Yes. A home can be purchased with your own funds or bank financing. Once the variant and scope are agreed, we prepare the information needed to determine the investment budget. Final lending terms are set by the bank.
What happens after the home is handed over?
After handover, we provide support during the warranty period and service afterwards. On request, WestaHouse can also manage an individual building or an entire development.
